Now, it's time to be heard again. In the spirit of that glorious night in Mullica Hill, the New Jersey Outdoor Alliance will again stand in defense of our outdoor heritage and let Trenton know that we will not succumb to the animal rights movement, we will no longer tolerate the raiding of the fish and game budget, the destruction of our forests at the hands of preservationists, the taking of funds designated for outdoors use and directed elsewhere and blocking of recreational anglers from NJ's artificial reefs.
Join us on the 24th of October in a history making event. Admission is FREE. Special guest, Chris Christie, will speak of his commitment to NJ's outdoorsmen and women. Help us make a statement. Make plans to be there. SEE YOU in New Egypt on October 24th at 2PM. For more info contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. History was made two years ago when the sportsmen and women of New Jersey amassed on an October evening in Mullica Hill. That night, hundreds packed the Grange Hall and made a statement the likes that Trenton politicians never heard before. Tired of being bullied by animal rights activist supported politicians for many years, the outdoorsmen and women and NJ had had enough and took action to stand in defense of their way of life. Our message sent shock waves thru the Statehouse as we sent two animal rights activist politicians from District 12 packing and saved our Fish and Game Council.
The NJOA invites you all to join us on Saturday, Octoer 24, 2009 at 2 PM at the New Egypt Speedway, Route 539 in New Egypt, NJ to stand up and reinforce the message - NJ's sportsmen and women are here to stay and our outdoor resources will be protected. NJOA urges all saltwater anglers, freshwater anglers, hunters, bird watchers, hikers, horsemen, foresters, ecologists and conservationists to stand together by the thousands at this Rescue Our Outdoors Rall (R.O.O.R.) and save NJ's Great outdoors and our Cherished Heritage and Traditions.
