Ingredients: 2 pounds~ venison 1 (10 oz) bottle~ Worcestershire sauce 1 (12 oz) can/bottle~ beer 1.5 cups~ All-Purpose Flour 1 tablespoon~ Onion Salt 1 tablespoon~ Garlic Powder 1 quart~ Vegetable Oil (for frying) Instructions: First, clean the venison and tenderize is until it is flat Cut into 1 inch strips. Place in a large bowl and pour in Worcestershire sauce and the Beer. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Next, in a shallow bowl, combine Flour, Onion Salt and Garlic Powder.
