Hunting season has arrived and the deer meat is filling the freezer. You decide to go out hunting but do not want to come home and have to make dinner after a long day in the treestand. Here?s a recipe that you can throw together before you leave and by the time you come home the house will have a welcoming smell Ingredients: cup vinegar 2 garlic cloves (minced) 2 tablespoons salt Cold water to cover meat 4 pounds venison roast 2 tablespoons flour 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 large onion (sliced) 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon Worcestershire 1 teaspoon mustard cup vinegar or lemon juice 1 pound can of tomatoes
Instructions: Mix the cup vinegar, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons salt, and enough cold water to cover the meat. Place the meat into a ziplock bag with the marinate overnight.
Season with salt , roll in flour and brown in the in a hot skillet. Place in a Crock-pot, add remaining ingredients.
