Bow season is right around the corner. Everyone has experience one of those times where it does not work out the way you plan. You are at Deer Camp and everyone is about to go to sleep, and you noticed that it is starting to rain. In the morning, you wake up look out the window and it is pouring. You right away jump on weather.com and they say that the weather will clear up by 10am. You and the guys decide to have a filling breakfast, but what do you make? Here?s a recipe that will turn a bad morning into a good one and fill your stomach on the way. And there is little clean up. While over medium heat pour the lightly beaten Eggs into the center of the skillet. Cook and stir until eggs are completely set. Season to your taste buds with Salt and Pepper. Mix the eggs with the potato mixture and top with the Shredded Cheddar Cheese. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Thank you! Alicia Adams |
